As an established MSP we have always strived to offer the best end-user experience possible for our customers. The Invarosoft portal is creating a tighter relationship between Base 2 and its MSP client’s, further enhancing the value we provide to those clients. It is imperative to push the envelope on enhancing the MSP client customer experience, through greater visibility, and Invarosoft is allowing Base 2 to deliver that.
ITSupportPanel has been an absolute success for our business. We have 5000 desktops & laptops under management and have created excellent ‘stickyness’ with our clients.
